AGMU earns ACBSP accreditation candidacy for its Business programs

Ana G. Méndez University (AGMU) has earned candidacy for accreditation of its business programs from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) after successfully meeting the organization's established requirements. The candidacy was approved by the Baccalaureate/Graduate Degree Board of Commissioners on July 17, 2026.

This achievement is the result of the collaborative efforts of the School of Business and the various University departments that worked together to fulfill ACBSP's accreditation requirements as part of the institution's ongoing commitment to strengthening the academic quality of its business programs.

The candidacy positively impacts nearly 3,000 students enrolled in AGMU's business programs and reinforces the University's commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement.
