- Application for admission
- Copy of the applicant’s passport and dependents’ passports
- I-94
- Academic records (transcripts and/or diploma)
- Bank statements from the last three months or a bank letter demonstrating the required financial capacity according to the requested program
- Completion of the required documentation for the issuance of Form I-20, which is necessary to apply for the F-1 student visa
- Current Form I-20 (for students requesting a transfer)
- Transfer documentation (for students requesting a transfer)
Form I-901 (SEVIS Fee)
Using the student number generated by Form I-20, you must complete Form I-901. This payment is required to obtain the F-1 student visa.
Documents Required for the Embassy Appointment
You must bring the following documents to your Embassy appointment:
- Admission Letter
- Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support or Sponsorship Form), if applicable
- Form I-20
- Proof of payment for Form I-901
