AGMU Publishes Study On Innovation In Latin America And The Caribbean

Faculty from our Division of Business recently presented the academic article Open Innovation and Experiential Knowledge: Key Drivers of Dual Innovation and Organizational Memory in Latin America and Caribbean Entrepreneurs. The article was published in the journal Knowledge and Process Management, classified as Q2 in the SCImago Journal Rank (SJR).

The research was conducted by professors Dr. José A. Flecha Ortiz, Dr. Maribel Ortiz Soto, Dr. Juan G. Rivera Ortiz, and Dr. Rody Rivera (UPR Humacao), together with doctoral students Yomaira Maldonado Rivera, Jorge Hernández Velázquez, Yaser Merino Betancourt, and Juan Patiño Peralta from the Business Administration Program.

The study examines the factors that influence open innovation, experiential knowledge, dual innovation, and organizational memory in Latin America and the Caribbean. It also presents data relevant to the field of entrepreneurship and innovation.
