South Florida Campus Director, Marcela Munera and Admissions Director Kalinka Sotolongo were invited to the City of Doral's 9th Annual Back to School Education Expo and Forum.

The Ana G. Méndez University Metro Orlando Campus was honored to be the location for a rountable presentation by UnidosUS of the HOME (Home Ownership Means Equity) initiative, a new project that seeks to influence systemic change and catalyze the creation of four million new Latino homeowners by 2030. The city of Orlando is part of the first cohort of five cities with large Latino population chosen for the program.
Ana G. Mendez University South Florida Campus had the pleasure of welcoming guest speaker Dr. Julio César Henriquez Toro, attorney and writer who engaged our staff, students and faculty speaking on current topics, overcoming challenges, making a positive contribution to society and setting personal and professional goals.
Ana G. Mendez University South Florida Campus was proud to have been a part of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Luncheon in honor of Breast Cancer awareness month with keynote speaker Senator Rick Scott. A special thanks to SFLHCC President Liliam Lopez and her team for such a great event for a worthy cause. Let's continue to raise awareness and support those affected by breast cancer.
The Telemundo 31 Fair was a great success!
Ana G. Mendez University was present, celebrating our Hispanic culture and providing information about our degrees and doctoral programs.
We were very happy to hear alumni from our institution and Ana G. Mendez University giving testimonials of their time with us.
Ana G. Méndez University attended the event Riqueza Latina: A Celebration of Hispanic Heritage and Prosperity hosted by the Hispanic Heritage Network of Orange County. Our Campus Director, Suheily Martinez, enjoyed talking to Orange County Mayor, Jerry Demings, Commissioner Maribel Cordero, and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando President Gaby Ortigoni, among other leaders of the County.
It was a fantastic evening filled with music, food, and culture of our Latino community!
The Ana G. Mendez University had a "rocking" time at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County Deja Vú Rock of Ages Gala. President José Méndez Méndez, EVP Nicholas Natalizio, Acting Chancellor and VP of Government Affairs Syndia Nazario, and AGM University - South Florida Director Marcela Munera with esteemed guests, were present at the 50th Anniversary celebration.

Our Executive Vice President Nicholas Natalizio, Alex Rodriguez, VP of Students Affairs and Marketing, Suheily Martinez, AGM University - Orlando Campus Director, and Natascha Otero-Santiago, Director of Marketing were present for the organization's gala.
The Director of Ana G. Mendez University - Metro Orlando Campus, Suheily Martinez, was recently interviewed for NOSOTRAS Latinas magazine published in Central Florida. We are very proud of Principal Martinez, not only for her leadership on campus but also for her continued support of the Orlando community. The Director is also a graduate of Ana G. Mendez University.
