Ana G. Méndez University participates in the XXIV ALAEITS Seminar 2025 in Chile

Ana G. Méndez University participated in the XXIV Seminar of the Latin American Association of Teaching and Research in Social Work (ALAEITS), held from October 13 to 16, 2025, in Santiago, Chile.

Dr. Débora Fontánez-Flecha, Professor and Coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Social Work, and Prof. Luz D. Miranda Vázquez, Professor and Coordinator of Practice of the Master’s Program, represented the institution.

Ana G. Méndez University Participates in the CLADEA 2025 Congress

Ana G. Méndez University took part in the 60th International Congress of the Latin American Council of Management Schools (CLADEA), held from September 29 to October 3, 2025, in Tijuana, Mexico, and San Diego, California.

The Division of Business and Entrepreneurship presented research on business simulators, cybersecurity, civic engagement and well-being, artificial intelligence, value creation in tourism, and managerial competencies.

Ana G. Méndez University – Tampa Bay Campus held its New Student Orientation, a welcoming session where incoming students learned about the university’s academic programs, student support services, and essential processes to begin the semester.

Global Synergy Forum for Women at AGMU Tampa Bay

The Global Synergy Forum for Women was held at the Ana G. Méndez University, Tampa Bay Campus, bringing together women leaders from diverse fields in an atmosphere filled with inspiration and leadership.

The forum aimed to highlight the voice and impact of women in education and community life, fostering collaboration and the creation of networks that pave the way for new opportunities for growth and development.

Ana G. Méndez University y Miami Dade College Medical Campus establecen acuerdo de colaboración en estudios de enfermería

Ana G. Méndez University (AGMU), South Florida Campus, y Miami Dade College (MDC), Medical Campus, firmaron el 24 de septiembre de 2025 un acuerdo de colaboración en Miami que permitirá a los estudiantes graduados de MDC continuar estudios de maestría en Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner y de doctorado en Nursing Practice en AGMU.

El acuerdo contempla su divulgación entre estudiantes y docentes, así como la coordinación de ferias de empleo, actividades comunitarias de salud y conferencias académicas para el desarrollo profesional.

Ana G. Méndez University Metro Orlando Campus Celebrates Its First Associate Degree in Nursing Students at the Wall of Fame Event

Ana G. Méndez University, Metro Orlando Campus, honored this pioneering group of students during the Wall of Fame event.

They will complete their degree in December 2025, marking a significant milestone for the institution and for the education of future healthcare professionals in Central Florida.

AGMU SUCCESSFULLY CELEBRATES ITS STUDENT DIALOGUES

Ana G. Méndez University held the Student Dialogues on the Metro Orlando, South Florida, and Tampa campuses. Organized by the Office of the Dean of Students, the initiative provided a direct forum for students to voice concerns, propose improvements, and learn about resources that strengthen their academic and campus life experience.

Constitution Day Commemoration at Ana G. Méndez University

Ana G. Méndez University commemorated Constitution Day on September 17 at the Metro Orlando, South Florida, and Tampa Bay campuses.

New magazine Académica Prism

Ana G. Méndez University (AGMU) is proud to announce the launch of its first digital academic journal, PRISM. This publication will provide our faculty with a dedicated space each semester to showcase research, promote creative expression, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration within our academic community.
