The Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management prepares students with knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in order to meet the expectations of a project, achieving the benefit of increasing the efficiency of processes, of work groups, and companies. The program integrates concepts related to the design, evaluation, measurement, control and adaptation of projects from the beginning to their completion.
