We are pleased to inform you that the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) reaffirmed the institutional accreditation of Ana G. Méndez University this past June, granting us accreditation for the next eight years. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2032-2033.
This reaffirmation marks the culmination of a rigorous self-study process that began in December 2022. The Self-Study Report was submitted in February 2025, followed by the evaluation team’s visit in March-April 2025. Throughout this period of analysis and reflection, we demonstrated our deep commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement, principles that guide our mission to serve our community.
We extend our sincere gratitude to every member of our university community who contributed to this process, and especially to the Steering Committee, whose tireless work over the past two years made this achievement possible. This reaffirmation is a testament to the collaborative efforts of our faculty, students, administrative staff, and leadership.
We also recognize the outstanding leadership and dedication to excellence shown by the Steering Committee Chair, Ms. Claudia Camacho, and Co-Chair, Ms. Mónica Castro, who guided the institution in this important endeavor.
