On Tuesday, September 5, the HAPBWA Association (https://hapbwa.com/) presented Ana G. Mendez University with an award as an organization that supports Latina businesswomen during an event attended by more than 60 people.
The honor was conferred by HAPBWA President Matty Frias, to Metro Orlando Campus Director Suheily Martinez, celebrating our mission to provide excellence in education and support to the Hispanic community in Central Florida. Ms. Frias is also a graduate of AGM University with a Master's in Business Administration.
This honor is part of our commitment to Latina women and therefore to HAPBWA. One of the projects that both organizations will be working on together is the ALAS project - helping young Latinas with training workshops and mentoring opportunities.
