Ana G. Méndez University Orlando, in collaboration with the Aguilar Salud Foundation, successfully hosted the Empowerment Talk at their campus located at 26 Willow Dr, Orlando, FL 32807. The event brought together 30 women who participated in a day of reflection on personal growth and the importance of raising awareness about violence against women.
During the event, Professor Dally Ríos delivered an impactful Zoom talk focused on personal empowerment, self-esteem, and the tools needed to overcome adversity. The session also addressed the issue of violence against women, aiming to promote an environment of respect, support, and well-being for all participants.
This event marks a key step in the effort to provide guidance and support to women in the community, especially those who have faced difficult situations. The goal is to inspire them to regain control of their lives and move toward a brighter and more promising future.
