Ana G. Méndez University Orlando is proud to have collaborated with the Florida Blue Foundation and Renacer in the distribution of food to 300 local Hispanic families as part of a special event to celebrate Thanksgiving Day.
The event, held at Christ the King Episcopal Church located at 26 Willow Dr, Orlando, FL 32807, provided the benefiting families with boxes containing essential items to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner in their homes. Thanks to the generosity of the organizing foundations, these 300 families received high-quality products to share a meal together and enjoy the holiday.
Ana G. Méndez University will continue its mission to strengthen ties with Hispanic families in the region. This event is one of many university initiatives aimed at promoting social cohesion and providing support to those in need, especially during meaningful occasions such as Thanksgiving.
